Biography
Said Ahmed Ali is a researcher and HR professional passionate about evidence-based policy, peacebuilding, and sustainable development. With an academic background in Law and Human Resource Management, he is currently an MBA-HRM candidate. His recent work focuses on transforming Somali maritime security from a model of external suppression to one of domestic ownership and coastal resilience.
